Yancheng Yuan Zhida rail transit industry base locates in yancheng city pavilion district environmental protection field, covering an area of 1500 mu. It follows the principle of "overall planning, step-by-step implementation", and its project construction years is 2-3 years which is divided into two phases to carry out. According to the plan, this base`s planning construction of the first phase is 600 mu, during this phase ,it needs to form the main production line like the main car body, painting, assembly and debugging in order to achieve the production capacity in manufacturing 300 vehicles like all kinds of subway, light rail, intercity trains. Also, it can consider manufacturing other assembly vehicles like superconducting maglev vehicle, gravity type maglev vehicle, and virtual rail trams. The planning construction area of the second phase is 900 mu, during which it will forward comprehensive plans such as the production of car body, bogie manufacturing assembly, magnetic levitation vehicle assembly, scientific and technological achievements support of southwest Jiao Tong University, and logistics transit feeder. After the project construction is completed, it will be able to realize the ability of making and repairing 400 various rail vehicles each year and l manufacture 300 vehicles including all kinds of high-grade vehicles and high speed emu each year so that it can form a sat of large railway accessories products ability .
